The challenge
What was in the way.
HR teams were running hiring, onboarding and employee records across spreadsheets and several disconnected tools. Global HR products did not handle local practices well, from visa and document tracking to Arabic and English communication. We decided to build our own platform, and to run it as a real product with paying customers.
